No win no fee

We believe that everyone should have access to legal representation, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why we offer a No Win No Fee service for many of our personal injury and civil claims. This arrangement allows you to pursue your claim without worrying about the financial burden of legal fees unless you win your case.

What is No Win No Fee?

No Win No Fee is a legal arrangement where you only pay for your legal services if your case is successful. If your claim is unsuccessful, you do not have to pay our legal fees. This gives you the confidence to pursue your claim knowing that there is no financial risk involved.

The No Win No Fee agreement is a contingency fee arrangement, meaning that our fees are contingent on the outcome of the case. If we win your case, we will take a pre-agreed percentage of the compensation award as our fee. If we don’t win, you pay nothing.

This arrangement is often used for personal injury claims, including accidents at work, dog bites and animal attacks, criminal injury claims, and other types of civil claims where the victim seeks compensation for their losses.

How Much Will it Cost If You Win Your Case?

If your case is successful, we will charge an agreed-upon percentage of the compensation you receive. This percentage is typically discussed and agreed upon at the start of your case. We aim to make our fees as transparent and fair as possible, ensuring that you are fully aware of the costs before we proceed.

This fee is taken directly from your compensation, so you don’t have to worry about paying any additional costs.
