No win no fee

We believe that everyone should have access to legal representation, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why we offer a No Win No Fee service for many of our personal injury claims. This arrangement allows you to pursue your claim without the burden of upfront legal fees and with significantly reduced financial risk.

What is No Win No Fee?

No Win No Fee is a legal arrangement where you only pay for our legal services if your case is successful. If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be required to pay our legal fees. This gives you the confidence to pursue your claim knowing that our fees are entirely dependent on the outcome.

The No Win No Fee agreement is a conditional fee arrangement (CFA), meaning our fees are contingent on the result of your case. If we win, we will deduct a pre-agreed percentage of your compensation as our success fee. If we do not win, you will not owe us any legal fees.

This arrangement is commonly used for personal injury claims, including accidents at work, dog bites and animal attacks, criminal injury claims, and other civil claims where the victim seeks compensation for their losses.
