Nevila is part of the German litigation team where she gives a valuable support and contribution to legal research and preparation a defence cases in the area of Civil Aviation.

Nevila has a long-standing experience in project management since she has been working with various projects of development cooperation agencies, such es German International Cooperation (GIZ) and EU-funded projects in the framework of bilateral and regional programmes. She has worked with multidisciplinary teams and collaborated with a wide range of governmental and non-governmental organizations and international donors offering her expertise in legal research, interpretation and in-depth analyses of Albanian and European legislation.

Her key areas of expertise involve:

• Legal advice in the filed of consumer protection and corporate law
• Structural reforms and institutional development in public administration and good governance
• Rule of law reforms in the Albanian justice system
• Formulation and implementation of anti-corruption policies and integrity building
• Regional development and integration
• Trade facilitation and market surveillance and quality infrastructure system
• Business climate and SME promotion

Nevila has completed her legal studies in conjunction with a master’s degree in European studies and international relations with a special focus on EU law and integration policies at the University of Tirana. She posses a high level of proficiency in German and English language and she is also fluent in French language. She is an official translator of German language certified by the Albanian Ministry of Justice.

Her high level of personal and professional attitude, advanced analytical skills and result-oriented approach and the ability to liaise with multiple business partners and key actors from both the public and private sector makes her a great asset for the company.
