Saurabh is the Head of Dispute Resolution at Oracle Law Global.
He is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in November 2016 and as an Indian Advocate in October 2007. Saurabh possesses over eighteen years' experience, predominantly representing clients in complex commercial disputes, with a pronounced interest in aviation, international trade, sanctions, and cross-border litigation.

Advised a U.A.E. based company on recovering US$16.5 million which had been wrongfully withheld by a UK based independent futures brokerage and clearing firm. These funds were blocked on the basis that the client was sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
