Peter Melleney

Peter Melleney is an experienced barrister with over 15 years of practice specialising in professional regulation, criminal litigation, immigration, and public law. Called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2010 and to the Bar of the Turks and Caicos Islands (2016–2024), he has a well-established cross-jurisdictional practice across the UK and Caribbean.

He is recognised for his strong advocacy and strategic judgement, appearing in tribunals, the County Court, High Court, and Crown Court in complex regulatory, criminal, and public law matters.
