Mona is an aviation lawyer based in our Frankfurt office. She specialises in aviation law, banking and finance, and corporate law, with additional expertise in contract drafting, compliance, and real estate transactions.

She studied law at Philipps University in Marburg, focusing on national and international criminal law, and completed her legal clerkship at the Limburg an der Lahn Regional Court.

During her legal clerkship, Mona worked in the Banking & Finance practice group, where she was responsible for drafting and revising contracts, transaction-related documents, and corporate law agreements. She supported negotiation meetings, conducted legal assessments, and prepared legal strategies for complex financing projects. Mona also contributed to real estate due diligence, prepared statements of claim, reviewed property lists and coverage registers, and drafted security agreements based on English templates.

Mona is a member of the Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt. At Oracle Law Global, she brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to providing legal solutions that align with clients’ commercial objectives.
