Miriam is a Corporate/litigation lawyer based in our Frankfurt office. Miriam specialises in Regulatory Law, Compliance, Corporate law, Banking and Capital Markets. She also has extensive experience is in litigation and strategy. She has successfully represented numerous large corporations in complex aviation disputes.
Miriam tailors her approach for each individual case, devising strategy that aligns with the commercial objectives of the client. She ensures that each case is analysed and the outcome is both commercially and reputationally beneficial to her client.
Miriam has extensive knowledge of the legal frameworks and maintains this knowledge to adapt to evolving regulations and emerging trends in the respective industries.
Miriam has a comprehensive legal education, having studied at Universities in Bonn and Madrid with a focus on European and international business law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Rostock and was admitted as a lawyer. Through further study and educational stays in Warsaw and Vienna, she was able to gain deeper experience in international legal questions.

In her spare time, Miriam plays the violin. She has been playing for over 15 years and is currently a member of an orchestra.

- Advising foreign governments to adjust their legislation to Principles set forth by the Venice-Commission (Council of Europe).
- Comparative Research on the Case Law of ECtHR with regards to Art. 3, 5 ECHR and the influence of ECtHR case law on domestic law Real estate matters.
