Marianna is a qualified attorney at the Italian offices of Oracle Law Global. She graduated with honors from the University of Palermo, where she completed her thesis in Labour Law, and subsequently obtained a Postgraduate Diploma for the Legal Professions, further specialising in Competition Law.

She later earned a PhD in Civil Law from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, with a dissertation focused on the institutional oversight of so-called “gatekeepers,” analysing regulatory frameworks and market protection mechanisms. Her academic and professional path is distinguished by a strong civil law foundation, a keen focus on European regulatory developments, and an interdisciplinary approach that allows her to provide highly qualified and strategic legal assistance.
