Maria is a dedicated and ambitious lawyer with a strong academic background and practical experience across multiple areas of law. She is currently a member of the Aviation Law department at Oracle Solicitors in Naples, Italy and works in the Palermo office.
She graduated with honors in July 2021 from LUMSA University in Palermo at the age of 23, earning her Law degree with a thesis in Tax Law focused on Environmental Taxation.
Following her graduation, she completed both notarial and legal internships in Palermo, gaining well-rounded experience in civil and tax law. She was admitted to the Bar on July 4, 2021.
In March 2025, she completed a Master’s degree in Tax Law with top marks, further enhancing her expertise in national and international taxation, with a particular focus on environmental fiscal policies.
She currently works at a law firm where she specializes in Aviation Law, advising and assisting clients on matters such as passenger rights, regulatory compliance, and airline liability. Her role in this niche yet dynamic field has allowed her to build strong knowledge in international transport regulations and dispute resolution.
