Louisa is a German lawyer specializing in litigation, aviation, corporate, and transport law, with further expertise in contract, labor, and data protection law. She leads Oracle’s Aviation team in Germany as well as across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that Oracle’s clients benefit from consistently excellent legal services, with the aim of finding commercially reasonable solutions for them. What drives her is not only solving legal problems, but also building bridges between teams, companies, and across borders. She is passionate about business development and legal tech, always looking for ways to improve processes and create value for clients.

As an aviation lawyer with over ten years’ experience, Louisa brings an advocate’s expertise to case preparation and ensures that our clients benefit from clear, goal-oriented advice. She advises on carrier liability, regulatory and licensing matters, as well as leasing and commercial disputes. Louisa also leads negotiations and mediations, and represents clients in arbitration and court proceedings, as well as before authorities.

Louisa studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt and at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa, where she earned her LL.M. degree. After graduating, she completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Celle. Louisa speaks German and French natively, and is fluent in English. She is actively involved in several legal and business associations.
