Florian Hoffmann is a Senior Associate based in our Frankfurt office, specialising in Corporate/M&A and Aviation law.
Florian advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including cross-border M&A transactions, share and asset deals, distressed asset acquisitions, and legal due diligence. He has particular expertise in structuring complex transactions involving international investors and German target companies. Florian is experienced in accompanying clients through all stages of a transaction, from initial structuring and due diligence through to signing and closing.
In the aviation sector, Florian leads the firm’s aviation practice and advises clients across a broad range of matters, including aircraft lease and charter agreements, aviation litigation, and proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). He represents airlines and aviation companies in both advisory and contentious matters.
Florian studied law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and the Leibniz University of Hannover, with an academic focus on insurance law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt (Landgericht Darmstadt).
