Esther is Chief Operations Officer, Germany. Her professional experience span Management and Executive positions in international firms as well as mid-sized companies. Esther has established herself as an expert in corporate management, CFO topics, HR and Compliance. 

Esther is oversees the development and implementation of the strategic plans for the German office, as part of the Group’s wider strategy. This involves identifying the key areas of growth and establishing a roadmap for the German team to follow. Further, Esther keeps up to date with the key industry trends, regulatory changes and other external factors to ensure that the team delivers the best services to our clients. 

Throughout her career, Esther has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the nuances of business and strategy consulting, CFO roles, general management, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. Her expertise also includes reorganization, process optimization, and the development of corporate divisions and departments to handle shared services, Sarbanes-Oxley financial regulations, compliance, financial controlling and contracting. 

Esther Schmid holds a master's degree in international business and is a certified expert in ESG Risk Assessment and integrated management systems. Her unique combination of academic and professional expertise has enabled her to develop comprehensive solutions to complex business challenges.
