Eduardo Serrano del Río is a Spanish lawyer specialised in Real Estate Law, with over a decade of experience advising investment funds, private equity firms, family offices, and major investors on complex real estate and energy transactions across Spain.
With a strong background in leading international and top-tier Spanish law firms, including Pérez-Llorca, Ashurst LLP, Uría Menéndez, and Cuatrecasas, Eduardo has developed a comprehensive understanding of high-value transactions and sophisticated legal structures. He also played a key role in establishing the Real Estate department of Pinsent Masons LLP in Madrid, further strengthening his expertise in structuring large-scale projects.
