Daniele is based in our Milan office and  has extensive experience in merger and acquisitions, corporate, regulatory and commercial law, with a tailored approach focused on the Client’s needs. Over the years, Daniele has become a trusted legal advisor to private companies and institutional investors.

He is constantly involved in domestic and cross-border transactions and has developed a significant expertise in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures agreements, option agreement and commercial agreements in a wide range of industries, including banking and finance, real estate, engineering, energy and shipping.

He advises Clients in the definition of corporate governance structures, internal control systems, remuneration and incentive policies and practices, and the self-assessment processes of corporate bodies.

Furthermore, Daniele has significant expertise in securitization and factoring transactions, assisting arrangers and/or originators in deals involving a broad range of asset classes (mainly healthcare and public administration receivables).
