Claire is Oracle’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the overall operational performance of the firm and ensuring that the executive strategy is implemented. Claire coordinates and supervises the global operations across the business. She works closely with the management team to develop policies, implement compliance and ensure profitability.

Claire is an experienced solicitor whose main practice areas are corporate law, international taxation, M&A, real estate, aviation, finance and tax litigation.

Claire’s clients are international companies and High Net Worth Individuals. She advises high-quality international investors on the structuring of their investments and is active in the incorporation of all types of investment funds (real estate funds - specifically REITs - debt funds, equity funds, etc.) She also has extensive experience in large corporate restructurings and M&A cross-border transactions.

Claire is a seasoned negotiator. She gets to know her clients’ businesses and identifies their goals, then considers the options based on the strengths and weaknesses of their situation. Once parameters are outlined, she finds suitable solutions that match their needs, always taking account of the broader commercial context and the client’s reputation.
