With a distinguished background spanning criminal advocacy, senior regulatory enforcement, and executive in-house leadership, Chloé brings deep sector expertise and board-level experience to her role. She leads geographically dispersed teams, ensuring consistency, accountability, and performance while driving innovation in the delivery of EU and UK261 passenger claims services and broader aviation advisory work.
