Alexandra is an immigration paralegal for our Belfast Office, she can provide advice in assistance in a number of areas such as: asylum claims; modern slavery and human trafficking claims; appeals to the First Tier and Upper tribunal in relation to immigration and asylum matters; further submissions once appeal rights have been exhausted; family reunions; judicial reviews in areas of immigration and asylum; and human rights based visas.

Alexandra acquired an LLB in Law from Ulster University in 2023 and an LLM in Gender, Conflict and Human Rights Law from the University of Ulster. Prior to joining Oracle Solicitors, Alexandra gained valuable experience in providing advice and assistance in immigration and asylum matters surround accompanied or unaccompanied children in the UK and she is able to offer advice and assistance in relation to these matters. Her prior experience in public interest litigation and advocacy has been invaluable in providing service to clients appealing immigration matters in the First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and clients seeking judicial review.
