Alessja Furra is an HR administrator at Oracle Solicitors in Albania, where she specializes in the attraction, selection, and development of solicitors, fee earners, and business support staff.

In addition to training new employees and managing employee administration, Alessja plays a key role in health and safety, compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture through social initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Alessja holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology. She also has recently completed an online master’s in Human Resources, Milano, from Bianco Lavoro Euspert.

With extensive experience in HR management, Alessja was selected to represent her company at the "40 Years of Çalık Group" event in Belek, Turkey.

She is a native Albanian speaker and is fluent in Italian and English.
