Diversity Data

As an SRA regulated law firm, Oracle Solicitors is required to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of our workforce every two years. The surveys are not compulsory and employees can opt out of the data collection or choose to not answer specific questions.

To protect the anonymity of the survey we have removed the comparison of job roles on our captured data.
