Eduardo Serrano del Río is a Spanish lawyer specialised in Real Estate Law, with over a decade of experience advising investment funds, private equity firms, family offices, and major investors on complex real estate and energy transactions across Spain.
With a strong background in leading international and top-tier Spanish law firms, including Pérez-Llorca, Ashurst LLP, Uría Menéndez, and Cuatrecasas, Eduardo has developed a comprehensive understanding of high-value transactions and sophisticated legal structures. He also played a key role in establishing the Real Estate department of Pinsent Masons LLP in Madrid, further strengthening his expertise in structuring large-scale projects.
Eduardo’s practice focuses on real estate investments, renewable energy developments, and complex land transactions, particularly in photovoltaic, wind, and hybrid energy projects. His multidisciplinary expertise, which also spans civil and criminal litigation, enables him to provide strategic, end-to-end legal support in both transactional and contentious matters.
