André Lavouras Santos is a Portuguese lawyer based in Porto, Portugal. Since 2021, he has been practising as an independent lawyer, advising both individuals and companies across a range of legal areas, including civil, labour, commercial, criminal, family, and aviation law.
His practice focuses on litigation, legal consultancy, and dispute resolution. André also has experience in consumer protection and dispute mediation, having collaborated with DECO – the Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection. He is currently further developing his expertise through postgraduate studies in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution.
