She has a track record of successfully producing positive results while establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with her clients.
Megi has an extensive expertise as a lawyer with more than 9 years of experience in contract law, dispute resolution, European law, commercial law, notary law, public procurement law, property law, human rights, data protection and provides general legal advice for businesses and private clients.
She started her career in 2014 working for a local public notary office where she has advanced her skills in legal drafting, while providing legal consultations for clients.
Megi’s legal drafting skills advanced while working in the Ministry of Justice, in the Codification Directory where she has contributed to the legal drafting of various legal acts, especially in the Law 119/2014 “On the right to information”.
Megi has worked for the Public Procurement Commission, a quasi-judicial public authority where she advanced her knowledge in the public procurement complains while analysing, investigating, and preparing files to present cases before the Commission during the procedures of concluding public contracts in the procurement procedures.
Managing her legal team from 2019 until 2022 for a German company has contributed in advancing her managerial skills, providing top notch legal services for the clients, monitoring the company’s compliance with commercial & financial rules, reporting audit and compliance reports, while leading and supervising her team by creating a positive approach with excellent communication skills combined with a superior knowledge of legal drafting of guidelines of the company, policies and training the staff.
Working as a Project Manager for the planification and the implementation of the Erasmus+ Project HCEU has strengthened her skills in managing projects, progress monitoring and negotiating with key stakeholders to allocate resources. Megi has successfully represented Albanian findings in the International Scientific Conference, Dresden 2018.
Working as a Professor Assistant at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana since 2017 has contributed advance her skills in the ability in guiding students and to simply explain legal complex concepts and in an absorb-able way.
She has contributed as an author and speaker in various International Scientific Conferences in the field of EU regulations, Civil liability, Contract law, Property law, Employment law, Smart contracts, Blockchain and Data Protection.
Megi is graduated in Master of Science in Civil Law. She is a member of the National Chamber of Advocacy since 2017.
She has attended an advance post-graduate program at Riga Graduate School of Law, in European Law, Business & Economics.
Megi received a scholarship in International Law and Human Rights at Europa-Institut, Universität des Saarlandes, where she expanded her extensive knowledge in Human Rights law.
