Eric brings his legislative and regulatory knowledge to bear on diverse scenarios, including aircraft accidents, personal injury claims, and regulatory compliance matters.

Further, Eric is an intellectual property specialist. He helps to safeguard the creative assets and innovations of his clients. Eric helps to protect and register trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets. His duties involve conducting comprehensive legal research, analysing complex case law, and providing strategic advice to clients on matters related to intellectual property protection, enforcement, and licensing. Eric is adept at drafting and negotiating agreements, including licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and cease and desist letters.
